摘　　要：自噬是一种细胞反应,用来自身获得营养物质及消化细胞器,细胞能够调控自噬以应对需求,对维持蛋白质代谢平衡及细胞内环境稳定具有重要作用,它促进细胞生长、发育、分化和维持生物体自我平衡。细胞在营养缺乏的情况下将诱导自噬,通过自噬降解胞质和细胞器以提供细胞生存所需要的能量,但过度的刺激,自噬持续存在将导致自噬样细胞死亡。自噬调控的异常与肿瘤的发生有着直接关系。细胞自噬是当前肿瘤研究的新热点,其在肿瘤发生、发展中扮演着重要角色。自噬的诱发对肿瘤的发生具有双刃剑作用,一方面是阻碍肿瘤发生的屏障,抑制肿瘤生长,另一方面是肿瘤相对恶劣环境的适应性应答,促进肿瘤进展。Autophagy is a kind of cellular reaction,which is used to obtain nutrients and digest organelles.Cells can regulate autophagy to meet their needs.It plays an important role in maintaining protein metabolism balance and intracellular environment stability.It facilitates the cell growth,differentiation and maintenance of the organism's self-balance.Cells will induce autophagy in the situation of absence nutrition deficiency,degrading the cytoplasm and organelles to provide the energy for cell survival.However,if stimulating excessively,autophagy persistence will result in autophagy-like cell death.Abnormalities in autophagy regulation are directly related to tumorigenesis. Autophagy is a new hot spot in current tumor research,and it plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development.The induction of autophagy has a double-edged sword effect on the occurrence of tumors.On the one hand,it is a barrier that inhibits the growth of tumors,and on the other hand,it is an adaptive response of the relatively harsh environment,and promotes tumor progression.
