摘 要:针对当前中国人才培养体系的不足,提出以"新工科"教育理念为指导、以"产出导向"为宗旨,以材料成型及控制工程专业为例,通过构建新培养目标和毕业要求、新课程体系、新教学内容、新教学模式、新评价体系和新创新能力培养模式等6个方面进行人才培养改革,培养学生的创新精神、实践能力、自主学习能力、交际能力以及团队合作精神等。Aiming at the deficiency of the current talent training system in China, the idea of "New Engineering" education as the guidance and "Output-Orientation" as the purpose was put forward. Taking materials forming and control engineering as an example, the talent cultivation reform was carried out from six aspects, including the establishment of new sample training objectives and graduation requirements, new curriculum system, new teaching content, new teaching mode, new evaluation system and new innovative ability training mode. The innovative spirit of students, practical ability,independent learning ability, communicative ability and teamwork spirit should be cultivated.
