摘 要:在区校联动的工作模式下,文章以解决现状问题为出发点,在完善机制基础上,改进课程育人、实践育人、文化育人、管理育人四类载体,将价值体认理论"体验—澄清—内化—引领"四环节应用到价值观教育实践中。通过探索,研究形成了较为成熟的价值观教育"五点法"教育策略,并通过循环实证的研究方法评估反馈出价值观教育在青少年道德品质教育中的育人效果。Under the working mode of regional school linkage,we take the problem of solving the current situation as the starting point,and want to improve the four types of carriers of curriculum education,practice education,culture education,and management education based on improving the mechanism. The four parts of value perception theory,"experience - clarification -internalization - leading",are applied into the practice of value education. Through exploration,a more mature education strategy,"five-point method",was formed in value education,and the feedback was evaluated through circular empirical research for the effect of value education on the education of young people’s moral qualities.
