摘 要:为推动平面形状控制技术的工业推广应用,介绍了中厚板轧机平面形状控制技术的基本原理,论述了为实现平面形状控制技术现场应用,中厚板轧机机械系统、液压系统和自动化系统应具备的条件。以唐钢中厚板生产线为例,对液压系统进行改造,采用双伺服阀并联方式,达到20 mm/s的液压压下速度。自动化系统由基础自动化、过程控制系统和人机界面系统协调配合,实现平面形状控制功能。通过采用高次曲线控制模型、轧件长度精确跟踪功能以及高精度厚度计算模型,实现平面形状控制道次的精确厚度变化控制。实际应用表明,投入平面形状控制技术后,中厚板两切产品成材率提高超过0.7%,四切产品成材率提高超过1%,可以显著提升中厚板产品成材率,创造可观的经济效益。For the promoting of industrial popularization and application of the Plan View Pattern Control(PVPC)technology,the basic theory of PVPC technology for plate mill was introduced in this paper,and the PVPC industrial application conditions with the mechanical system,the hydraulic system and the automation system were discussed. The double servo valve parallel mode was adopt to the Tang steel plate mill line,and the hydraulic cylinder screw down speed was up to 20mm/s. The automation system was composed with the basic automation system,the process control system and the human machine interface system,and the PVPC function was achieved. The high order curve control model,the plate rolling length accurate tracking function and the high precision thickness calculation model were used for the thickness transformation controlling. The application result showed that the yield of twice cutting product was increased by more than 0.7% and the yield of fourth cutting product was increased by more than 1%. So the plate product yield can be increased significantly with the PVPC technology employment,and the remarkable economic benefits can be created.
