摘  要:从当前非物质文化遗产传承人培养的困境出发,结合实地对芜湖铁画实施现代学徒制的调研,深入剖析传统技艺类非遗与现代学徒制结合的内在机理。从现代学徒制的实施主体和内容来看,当前主要集中在传统手工技艺类非遗,传统技艺类非遗企业、职业院校、非遗大师等是传统技艺类非遗现代学徒制实施的三大要素,明确非遗企业(非遗大师)、职业院校以及学徒三者之间的权利和义务是能否顺利实施的关键,传统技艺类非遗实施现代学徒制有利于实现文化精准扶贫,但尚处于政策的空白点。This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the combination of traditional skills and modern apprenticeship in combination with the research on the modern apprenticeship of Wuhu iron painting.From the view of the practice subjective and the content,the implementation of the modern apprenticeship mainly concentrated on the traditional skills of intangible cultural heritage.The enterprises of traditional skills of intangible cultural heritage(the grandmaster of intangible cultural heritage),vocational colleges and the apprentices are three elements of practicing modern apprenticeship. It is the key to the successful implementation of confirming the rights and obligations among the enterprises (the grandmaster),vocational colleges, and apprentices.To practice modern apprenticeship in the traditional skills of intangible cultural heritage is conducive to achieve precise poverty alleviation by the way of culture,however,it is still in the policy of the blank point.
