摘　　要：《伤寒论》中"燥屎"二字共出现10次,涉及8个条文。本文从《伤寒论》条文出发,参考诸家文献,结合个人理解,浅析了"燥屎"的含义、形成过程、诊断、治疗等四个方面,旨在探讨《伤寒论》中"燥屎"一词对临床的指导意义,为阳明腑实证的辨治提供思路。"燥屎"为阳明腑实证关键症候,临床上应注意鉴别,有燥屎则必用承气汤攻下。In the Shang Han Lun,the word of " stercoroma" appears 10 times. And it involves 8 articles. From the Shang Han Lun reference from the literature,this article combines with personal understanding of the four aspects of " stercoroma" : meaning,formation,diagnosis and treatment. The aims are to explore clinical significance about the word of " stercoroma" in Shang Han Lun and to provide some ideas of the treatment of Yangmingfushi syndrome. The word of " stercoroma" is the key symptom of Yangmingfushi syndrome,which should be payed attention to identification in clinical practice. If there is " stercoroma",you must conquer it with Chengqi Decoction.
