微创拔牙技术对比传统拔牙在复杂牙拔除术中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较微创拔牙技术与传统拔牙在复杂牙拔除术中的临床效果。方法将2016年1月-2018年1月在本院接受治疗的60例残冠、折裂牙等复杂牙患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分组,对照组30例,行传统拔牙;观察组30例,采用微创拔牙技术,对两组患者手术治疗情况以及术后并发症发生情况进行综合评价。结果观察组患者手术时间短于对照组,拔牙窝完整性评分低于对照组,患者满意度评分显著优于对照组(P <0.05),有统计学意义;且观察组患者治疗后术后出血、肿胀、张口受限、干槽症等并发症发生率均较对照组低(P <0.05),统计学有意义。结论微创拔牙技术应用于复杂牙拔除术,能够缩短手术时间,确保牙窝完整性,降低术后并发症率,疗效优于传统拔牙术,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive extraction and traditional extraction in complicated tooth extraction. Methods 60 cases of complex teeth, such as the residual crown and fractured tooth, were treated in our hospital in January^2018 January 2016 as the research object, the random digital table was divided into groups, 30 cases of the control group were treated with traditional tooth extraction, and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive extraction technology, and the surgical treatment and postoperative complications in the two groups were carried out, comprehensive evaluation was made. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The integrity score of the extraction socket was lower than that of the control group. The patient satisfaction score was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the incidence of postoperative bleeding, swelling, open mouth restriction, and dry grooves were lower than the control group(P < 0.05), the statistics is meaningful. Conclusion The application of minimally invasive extraction technology in extraction of complex teeth can shorten the operation time, ensure the integrity of the tooth fossa and reduce the rate of postoperative complications. The effect is better than the traditional extraction. It is worth popularizing.
