皖南3所高职院校学生艾滋病相关知识知晓情况调查

摘　　要：目的获取高等职业技术学院在校学生对艾滋病健康教育的需求,为探索针对高等职业技术学院学生特点的预防艾滋病健康教育方法提供参考。方法利用"问卷网"设计调查问卷,于2017年5月1—30日选取安徽省皖南地区3所高等职业技术学院学生为研究对象,通过班级QQ群平台发放问卷,动员学生自愿参加问卷调查。调查内容包括调查对象的一般情况、艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、获得艾滋病相关知识的途径等。结果学生艾滋病基础知识的总体知晓率为60.31%。对3条主要传播途径知晓率较高,平均知晓率达91.84%,但对日常生活中非传播途径的知晓率较低,平均知晓率仅为51.55%,其中,蚊虫叮咬能否传播艾滋病知晓率仅为35.03%,仅27.32%的被调查学生知道世界艾滋病日。艾滋病相关知识知晓率男生优于女生(P<0.05),对艾滋病的流行现状普遍缺乏了解,对艾滋病患者持同情、帮助态度学生不到一半。对婚前性行为支持度较高。36.5%的受调查学生没有听说过学校开展过相关的健康教育活动。结论高等职业技术学院学生对艾滋病知识了解不全面,艾滋病知识知晓率总体情况偏低,自我防护意识薄弱。应结合高等职业技术学院学生的特征,开展有针对性的艾滋病知识宣传教育,进一步提高高等职业技术学院学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率和自我保护意识。Objective To acquire higher vocational technology college students’ needs for AIDS health education,so as to provide the reference for AIDS health education in higher vocational technology colleges.Methods The questionnaire was designed based on"Questionnaire Network".An investigation was conducted from the 1 st to 30 th,May,2017.By way of QQ and inviting,the students from three higher vocational technology colleges participated voluntarily in the survey.The questionnaire included the subjects’ information,AIDS knowledge,the channels to get AIDS knowledge,and so on.Results The overall awareness rate of the college students’ basic knowledge of AIDS was 60.31%.Though the average awareness rate of the three main spread routes of AIDS transmission was high(91.84%),they know less about the non-spreading route of AIDS transmission in daily life,with the average awareness rate of 51.55%,and among which,the awareness rate of whether mosquito bite could spread AIDS or not was only 35.03%.Only 27.32% of the students surveyed knew the World AIDS Day.The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge of the male students was superior to that of the female students(P<0.05).There was a general lack of understanding of the prevalence of AIDS,and less than half of the subjects would like to show sympathy or offer help to AIDS suffers.They showed a high degree of preference for premarital sex.Totally 36.5% of the students did not know of AIDS related health education in the college.Conclusion The students from higher vocational technology colleges have no comprehensive knowledge of AIDS,and their awareness of self-protection is weak.Therefore,the targeted AIDS education should be carried out,taking consideration of the specific characteristics of vocational college students,so as to further raise their awareness rate of AIDS precautions and self-protection.
