珠海市极低出生体重早产儿视网膜病变筛查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解珠海市极低出生体重早产儿视网膜病变的发病情况。方法对2009年5月至2015年12月在珠海市妇幼保健院进行眼底筛查的出生体重<1500g的极低出生体重早产儿的资料进行统计学分析。结果 312例极低出生体重早产儿中,发生ROP 60例,发病率19. 23%。其中,阈值及阈值前期Ⅰ型ROP 32例,发病率10.26%。出生体重<1000g、1000～1249g、1250～1499g的早产儿ROP发病率分别是50.00%(7/14)、27.10%(29/107)、12.57%(24/191);出生孕周<28周、28～32周、33～36周的早产儿ROP发病率分别是53.33%(8/15)、21. 49%(52/242)、0.00%(0/55)。211例单胎中发生不同程度ROP者41例,发病率19.43%; 101例多胎中发生不同程度ROP者19例,发病率18. 81%,差别无统计学意义。结论珠海市极低出生体重早产儿ROP发生率为19. 23%。低出生体重、小胎龄是其重要的影响因素,多胎并不是影响因素。Objective To learn the screening results of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP) of the very low birth weight infants in Zhuhai. Methods The data concerning 312 infants whose birth weight(BW) were below 1500 grams were studied and who were performed retina screening in Zhuhai maternity and child care between May 2009 and December2015. Results In all the infants, 60 cases(19.23%) developed ROP, including 32 cases(10.26%) suffering from threshold or prethreshold type 1 ROP. Among the weight less than 1000 g preterm infants, 7 ROP cases( 50%) were found. Among the weight 1000~1249 g preterm infants, 29 ROP cases(27. 10%) were found. Among the weight 1250~1499 g preterm infants, 24 ROP cases( 12. 57%) were found. Among those gestational age less than 28 weeks, 8 ROP cases(53. 33%) were found. Among those gestational age 28 ~ 32 weeks, 52 ROP cases(21. 49%) were found. Among those gestational age 32~36 weeks, 0 ROP case(0%) was found. The incidence of ROP in the single fetal group was19. 43%(41/211), which was no significantly higher than 18. 81%( 19/101) in the multifetal group. Conclusion The incidence of ROP is 19. 23% according to our study. It relates to low birth weight and gestation age but instead of multifetal pregnancies.
