摘  要:啤酒污泥产生量逐年增加,由于其水含量高,需要对其进一步干化后才能进行后续处置。将啤酒污泥与磷酸二氢铵按照不同质量比混合,在55℃的恒温烘箱中进行干燥,探索不同质量配比的磷酸二氢铵对污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明,啤酒污泥与磷酸二氢铵质量比为1∶2时,物料脱水速率最快,最高达到0.106 0 g/min,脱水率最高。该方法是通过盐析效应,将污泥中微生物体内的水分移除,能量消耗低,产物可作为有机-无机复混肥使用。Beer sludge production has been increasing year by year. Due to the high water content of beer sludge, itneeds to be further dried before subsequent disposal. The beer sludge is mixed with ammonium dihydrogenphosphate under different mass ratio, and then dried in constant temperature oven at 55 ℃ to explore the effect ofammonium dihydrogen phosphate amount on the performance of sludge dehydration. The results show that when themass ratio of beer sludge and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is 1∶2, the dehydration rate is the fastest(themaximum value of 0.106 0 g/min) and the water content of beer sludge is the lowest after dehydration. In thismethod, the water of microorganism in the sludge is removed through the salting effect, the energy consumption islow, and the product can be used as organic and inorganic compound fertilizer.
