摘 要:目的:了解甘肃省食品监管人员对食品安全法律法规知识的知晓情况,为改善甘肃省的食品安全监管现状提供参考和依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法抽取甘肃省820名食品药品监督管理局的食品监管人员进行问卷调查,运用二分类Logistic回归方法分析监管人员食品安全法律法规知识知晓率的主要影响因素。结果:甘肃省2017年食品监管人员食品安全法律法规知识的总体知晓率为64. 8%。其中,食品监管原则相关知识知晓率为67. 4%;食品安全风险监管相关知识知晓率为54. 2%;食品标准及标示相关知识知晓率为63. 6%;食品经营加工监管相关知识知晓率为73. 6%;食品经营证照监管相关知识知晓率为68. 0%。不同岗位、文化程度、学习食品安全法律法规的方式是影响食品监管人员食品安全法律法规知识知晓率的主要因素。结论:甘肃省2017年食品监管人员食品安全法律法规相关知识总体知晓率不高,政府仍需要加强食品监管人员,尤其是基层监管人员在食品监管过程中所需的法律法规相关知识的培训与学习,提高知晓率,以便更好的执行监管措施。Objective To investigate the awareness level of food safety laws and regulations of food safety regulators,and to provide scientific basis for enhancing the status of food safety supervision. Methods Eight hundred and twenty food supervisory personnel of the food and drug administration were chosen with stratified random sampling method for questionnaire survey. Binary Logistic regression was adopted to analyze the main influencing factors for the awareness level of food safety laws and regulations of food safety regulators. Results The overall awareness level of food safety laws and regulations in Gansu province in 2017 was 64. 8%. Among them,the knowledge of food regulatory principles,food safety risk supervision,food standards and labelling,food management and processing supervision,food business license supervision were 67. 4 %,54. 2%,63. 6 %,73. 6 %,and 68. 0 %,respectively. The multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that different positions,degree of education,the way to learn about food safety laws and regulations were the main influencing factors. Conclusions The overall awareness level of food safety laws and regulations of food safety regulators is not high. So,in order to raise awareness and to better perform regulatory measures,the government still need to strengthen the further training of food safety regulators.
