摘　　要：装配式建筑是一项复杂的系统工程,必须有与之相适配的项目管理模式。装配式建筑采用工程总承包模式已经得到国家、业界共识,探究一种适合装配式建筑发展的工程总承包模式是必要的。基于已有文献和工程实践经验,通过探讨装配式建筑项目各阶段特点,发现EPC工程总承包模式与装配式建筑内在更加契合。通过装配式建筑流程分析,结合对EPC工程总承包模式的探讨,发现现有的EPC总承包模式与装配式建筑在形式以及过程结合上存在嵌合性差的问题,提出基于装配式建筑的EPC工程总承包模式的改进EPPA模式。Prefabricated building is a complex system engineering,and researchers must identify a project management mode suitable to it. It is necessary to explore a contracting mode suitable for the development of prefabricated buildings. Based on literature review and practical experience,it is found that the EPC contracting mode is suitable for prefabricated building given its stage-based characteristics. By analyzing assembly processes and discussing EPC contracting mode,it is found that the existing EPC mode and prefabricated buildings have weak integration. Therefore,an improved EPPA model for the EPC general contracting mode of prefabricated buildings is proposed.
