摘　　要：目的分析肠旋转不良的x线造影检查价值和影像特点。方法本研究采取回顾性分析方式,选择2010年3月至2018年2月在我院接受X线检查的肠旋转不良患者30例作为本次研究对象。回顾性分析所有患儿的检查结果以及评价X线造影检查的价值。结果腹部平片:通过检查后,30例患儿中有27例患儿显示为十二指肠梗阻,表现为典型的双泡征,上腹部肠管扩张后发现气、液平面,梗阻远端肠管无气。新生儿与婴幼儿采用泛影葡胺造影,其中十二指肠和空肠起始部完全梗阻患儿12例,十二指肠和空肠起始部不完全梗阻17例。盲肠位于中腹部或左腹部患儿3例,右上腹部14例,右下腹部3例。结论肠旋转不良的x线造影检查价值显著,不仅可以准确诊断,同时还可以为今后治疗提供参考数据,可以作为临床诊断的主要方式。Objective To analyze the X-ray radiographic value and imaging characteristics of intestinal malrotation.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in this study,and 30 patients with malrotation of the intestine who received X-ray examination in our hospital from March 2010 to February 2018 were selected as subjects. Retrospective analysis of the examination results of all the children and evaluation of the value of X-ray examination. Results Abdominal plain film: after examination,27 of the 30 children showed duodenal obstruction,which was typical of double bubble signs. Gas and liquid plane were found after upper abdominal intestinal expansion,and distal intestinal obstruction was not found. In neonates and infants,pandopaminergic imaging was performed,including 12 cases with complete obstruction at the initial part of duodenum and jejunum,and 17 cases with incomplete obstruction at the initial part of duodenum and jejunum. There were 3 cases with cecum located in middle or left abdomen,14 cases in right upper abdomen and 3 cases in right lower abdomen. Conclusion The value of X-ray examination of malrotation of intestine is significant,which can not only accurately diagnose but also provide reference data for future treatment,and can be used as the main method of clinical diagnosis.
