基于虚拟价值网的煤矿装备电子商务服务体系研究

摘　　要：针对煤矿装备领域的B2B电子商务发展模式如何真正为客户提供价值,新模式下如何为供应链参与者带来价值,分析了虚拟价值链模型和虚拟价值网模型的特征和内涵,根据煤矿装备电子商务发展及服务模式现状,提出了煤矿装备B2B电子商务虚拟价值网模型,将现有物理要素进行整合,引入物流、资金流、信息流对产业链结构进行重塑,并以此构建了基于虚拟价值网模型的煤矿装备电子商务综合服务体系,并对该体系进行价值分析总结,最后对服务体系的发展阶段进行展望。Aiming at how the B2 B e-commerce development mode in the field of coal mine equipment really provides value to customers and how the new mode brings value to supply chain participants,the characteristics and connotations of virtual value chain model and virtual value network model were analyzed. According to the development of coal mine equipment ecommerce and the status of service mode,the virtual value network model of coal mine equipment B2 B e-commerce was proposed,the existing physical elements were integrated,and the logistics,capital flow and information flow were introduced to reshape the industrial chain structure. The comprehensive service system of coal mine equipment e-commerce based on virtual value network model was constructed,and the value analysis and summary of the system was carried out. Finally,the development stage of the service system was prospected.
