论我国物证鉴定文化的建设——以中德物证鉴定文化比较研究为视角

摘　　要：物证鉴定文化是物证鉴定发展以及应对物证鉴定领域众多挑战的软实力。文化的价值在于塑造鉴定人共同体的精神力量,为探索物证所隐含的事实信息提供正能量的影响,从而为诉讼提供科学可靠的证据。因此,通过对物证鉴定文化内涵的历史分析和比较分析,明确物证文化的核心内容,力求为我国物证鉴定文化的建设提供参考。Culture of criminalistics is soft power for criminalistics to develop and for us to respond to numerous challenges in this field. The value of culture lies on shaping the spiritual power of the experts’ community, offering positive influence to discover the information behind evidences, and providing reliable evidences for the court. Therefore, this article clarifies the core content of criminalistics culture through historical analysis and comparison on criminalistics culture, and tries to offer some suggestions on the cultural construction in our country.
