血清INF-ε和CRP与宫颈病变HPV感染的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清干扰素ε(INF-ε)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)与宫颈病变患者HPV感染的相关性。方法选择2015年2月-2016年1月医院收治的宫颈病变患者118例,108例HPV感染患者依据感染类型分为高危型HPV感染组62例和低危型HPV感染组46例。未感染HPV患者10例为对照组,检测各组患者血清INF-ε、CRP水平,并与患者感染HPV的类型进行Pearson相关系数分析,探讨血清INF-ε、CRP与感染HPV的宫颈病变患者间的相关性。结果62例高危HPV感染患者,主要以感染HPV-16和HPV-18为主,分别占19.44%和11.11%;46例低危HPV感染患者,主要以感染HPV-6为主占12.04%;三组宫颈病变患者血清INF-ε、CRP指标水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高危型HPV感染组患者血清INF-ε水平最低,CRP指标水平最高;患者血清INF-ε和CRP指标与宫颈病变患者感染高危型HPV和低危型HPV相关性均较高。结论宫颈病变患者HPV感染率较高,血清INF-ε、CRP水平与HPV感染类型具有相关性,临床通过检测宫颈病变患者血清INF-ε、CRP可对其感染HPV的类型具有一定的指示作用,为临床诊治提供参考。OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between the serum interferonε(INF-ε),C-reactive protein(CRP)and the HPV infection in the patients with cervical lesions.METHODS A total of 118 patients with cervical lesions who were treated in the hospital from Feb 2015 to Jan 2016 were enrolled in the study,108 of whom had human papillomavirus(HPV)infection,the patients with the HPV infection were divided into the high-risk HPV infection group with 62 cases and the low-risk HPV infection group with 46 cases according to the type of infection;10 patients without HPV infection were set as the control group.The levels of serumε(INF-ε)and CRP of the patients were detected,Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was performed for the types of HPV causing the infection,and the correlation between the serum INF-ε,CRP and the HPV infection in the patients with cervical lesions was observed.RESULTS Of the 62 patients with high-risk HPV infection,19.44% had HPV-16 infection,and 11.11%had HPV-18 infection.Of the 46 patients with low-risk HPV infection,12.04%had HPV-6 infection.There were significant differences in the levels of serum INF-εand CRP among the three groups of patients with cervical lesions(P<0.05);the serum INF-εlevel of the high-risk HPV infection was the lowest,while the CRP level was the highest.The serum INF-εand CRP were highly correlated with the high-risk HPV infection and low-risk HPV infection in the patients with cervical lesions.CONCLUSIONThe incidence of HPV infection is high in the patients with cervical lesions,the levels of serum INF-εand CRP are associated with the type of HPV infection.It is necessary for the hospital to detect the levels of serum INF-εand CRP of the patients with cervical lesions so as to identify the type of HPV infection and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
