养正消积胶囊辅助肠内营养对胃癌术后患者生长激素、营养状况及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌根治术后应用养正消积胶囊辅助肠内营养治疗对于患者生长激素、营养状况及免疫功能产生的影响。方法:将患者100例按随机数字表法分为2组各50例,对照组采用肠内营养联合常规术后化疗方案,研究组在对照组基础上口服养正消积胶囊治疗,比较2组患者的临床资料、生长激素(GH)、营养状况、免疫功能及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,2组GH、BMI、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后2组各指标均较治疗前改善(P <0.05)。研究组的GH、BMI、ALB、PAB各项指标都高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组指标均改善(P <0.05);且研究组的CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+各项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率32.00%,研究组为18.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:胃癌术后患者服用养正消积胶囊辅助肠内营养治疗,能够减轻药物治疗带来的毒副作用,提高患者的GH水平、增强抵抗力、改善患者的营养状况,促进患者康复。Objective:To observe the effect of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules combined with assistance of enteral nutrition on the growth hormone(GH),nutritional status and immune function in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with treatment of enteral nutrition combined with postoperative conventional chemotherapy,and the study group was additionally given oral administration of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical statistics,GH,nutritional status,immune function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of GH,body mass index(BMI),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PAB)between the two groups(P>0.05);all the indexes in the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and levels of GH,BMI,ALB and PAB in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of the immune function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the indexes were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and levels of CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 32.00%in the control group and 18.00%in the study group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules combined with assistance of enteral nutrition after surgery for gastric cancer can alleviate the toxic side effects brought by drug treatment,improve the GH of patients,strengthen their resistance,improve their nutritionalstatus and promote the rehabilitation.
