针刺联合功能训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合吞咽功能训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的80例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用吞咽功能训练疗法治疗,观察组采用针刺联合吞咽功能训练疗法治疗。观察2组治疗前后洼田饮水试验评分、吞咽困难评价量表评分的变化,对比分析2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组洼田饮水试验评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组洼田饮水试验评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组吞咽困难评价量表评分均较治疗前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组吞咽困难评价量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:针刺联合吞咽功能训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with deglutition training for dysphagia after stroke. Methods:Selected 80 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke who were hospitalized and treated in our hospital as study subjects, and divided them into two groups randomly, namely the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received deglutition training therapy,while the observation group additionally received acupuncture. Observed the changes of scores of water swallow test and the dysphagia outcome and severity scale in both groups before and after treatment,and compared and analyzed the clinical effect in both groups. Results:After treatment,the scores of water swallow test in both groups were lower than those before treatment,differences being significant(P <0.05);the scores of water swallow test in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,scores of the dysphagia outcome and severity scale in both groups were higher thanthose before treatment,differences being significant(P < 0.05);scores of the dysphagia outcome and severity scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with deglutition training has significant clinical effect in treating dysphagia after stroke.
