摘  要:在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的背景下,为助力中国在全球治理中提出中国方案、贡献中国力量,中国的全球治理人才培养需要创新机制。文章认为,目前中国大学的全球治理人才培养存在起步晚、意识有待提升、学科切割、人才输出能力不足等问题。而美国研究型大学在全球治理人才培养方面已经积累了丰富的经验。为了更加有效地参与全球治理,中国大学需要更加积极合理地借鉴美国大学的全球治理人才培养经验。基于对美国五所研究型大学的具体分析,文章建议中国大学的全球治理人才培养工作从四个主要方面进行提升,即中央全面加强国家顶层设计,整合和创新院、系、所机构设置,设计跨学科、全方位的课程项目,以及建立广泛的校外合作机制。In the context that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the importance of training talent for advancing the Chinese approach and (re)shaping the existing global governance system has become ever more evident.However, both quantitatively and qualitatively,the extant global governance talent training system in China has not offered satisfactory talent for implementing the strategy.Further identification,reflection,clarification,and innovation at multi -levels are demanded. This article,therefore,identifies some pressing problems--the disadvantages of backwardness,inadequate awareness of the importance of the issue,disciplinary fragmentation,and insufficient talent supply competence--by examining Chinese universities' global governance talent training system.Next,the article delineates that the US has accumulated rich experiences in training global governance talent,which,in turn,offers an on -going source for Chinese universities to draw lessons from.Based on an empirical analysis of the top five US research universities,this article argues that the sound adoption of the following four propositions would be beneficial for meeting the ends of global governance talent training.First,at the national level,design an all -encompassing top -level strategic planning package on global governance talents training.Second,at the university level,ameliorate an integrated and innovative structural setting for schools,faculties,and departments.Third,in term of curriculum,design more flexible,cross -&inter -disciplinary curricula.Finally,in terms of outreach,develop a variety of networking,such as universities leagues,organizations,and associations.
