摘　　要：本文针对江苏省第三产业企业的资产结构和资产效率进行分析,并对经济发展过程中存在的资产效率问题提出相应的建议,从而缩小企业间的差距,促进经济增长方式的改变。This paper analyzes the asset structure and asset efficiency of the third industry enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and proposes corresponding suggestions on the problems of asset efficiency in the pro-cess of economic development, so as to narrow the gap between enterprises and promote the change of economic growth mode.
