摘　　要：原钙黏蛋白(protocadherins,PCDHs)是属于钙黏蛋白超家族中的一组跨膜蛋白,分为集群型和非集群型两种。前期研究表明PCDHs能调节脑的发育并和一些神经疾病的发生相关。最近的研究表明在不同的人恶性肿瘤细胞中PCDHs均有异常表达。恶性肿瘤中PCDHs的表达下调或者缺失与癌症进展有关。另有研究证实PCDHs可能作为肿瘤抑制剂抑制癌症细胞的增殖和转移。对PCDHs在癌症中表达变化及其在癌症进程发展中的作用进行总结有利于探讨PCDHs异常表达及其调节癌症潜在的机制。Proto-cadherins (PCDHs)are a class of cadherin-like membrane proteins which can be divided into clustered PCDHs and non-clustered PCDHs.Previous research showed that proto-cadherins can regulate the development of neurons and play a role in the maturation of brain.Lately,some abnormal expressions of PCDHs have been identified in different human malignant tumors.The reduction or deficiency of PCDHs in malignant cells has certain links with cancer progression.A follow-up study suggests that PCDHs can be a tumor suppressor since these proteins inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of cancer cell.The aim of this review is to evaluate the altered expression of PCDHs and their actions during the development of cancer.
