实证中心设计模式及其对汉语水平考试设计的启示

摘　　要：实证中心设计模式是一种系统性、综合性地进行评价设计的模式,该模式强调要基于证据作出相应的推论,将测验构念、测验任务、评价标准等与测验设计有关的所有要素整合为统一的概念性评估框架,从而为测验设计者提供具有操作性的蓝图和模型,为测验使用者解读测验成绩提供理论依据。在介绍实证中心设计模式的理论基础和概念性评价框架的基础上,分别从构念模型的建立、测验题目的编制、分数的诊断性解释和考试形式的改革4个方面探讨该模式对汉语水平考试设计的启示。Evidence-Centered Design (ECD)is a systematic and comprehensive approach to constructing assessments in terms of evidentiary arguments.It integrates test constructs,tasks and evaluation criteria into conceptual assessment framework (CAF),which provides operational blueprints and models for test designers,and evidence of score interpretation for test users.This paper introduces the theoretical foundation and CAF of ECD, and then discusses the implications to HSK test design from four aspects:modeling of constructs,construction of test,diagnostic interpretation of scores and reform of test form.
