根治“五唯”顽瘴痼疾 完善考试招生制度

摘　　要："唯分数""唯升学""唯文凭""唯论文""唯帽子"是一个存在严重缺陷的教育评价体系,不符合教育的基本规律,严重影响到学生成长、教师素质、社会稳定和国家的竞争力。纠正"五唯"最重要的举措是完善有助于人才全面成长的高考制度,以高考制度改革助推基础教育改革,全面推动发展素质教育,对特定科目提供多次考试机会,形成"双一流"建设高校、其他本科高校和职业院校不同的招生考试方式,建立多元的学生录取标准,运用大数据、区块链、人工智能等信息技术辅助高考改革。"Five only"-"score-only","entrance examination-only","diploma-only","paper-only"and"titleonly",is an educational evaluation system with serious defects,which do not meet the basic laws of education and seriously affects the growth of students,the quality of teachers,social stability and the competitiveness of the country.The most important measures to correct the"Five only"are to improve the college entrance examination system that contributes to the overall growth of talents,to promote the reform of basic education by the reform of the college entrance examination system,to comprehensively promote the development of quality education by providing multiple examination opportunities for specific subjects,building different enrollment examination systems for colleges and universities,other undergraduate colleges and vocational colleges,establishing multiple admission standards for students and using information technology such as big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence to assist the college entrance examination reform.
