摘  要:高中学业水平合格性考试作为高中生学业的终结性考试,以国家普通高中课程标准所规定的必修课程作为考核内容,考试成绩不仅是高中毕业的主要依据,也是高中课程管理与质量评价的主要参考。尽管不同省份的合格性考试设计各具特色,但目前已完成的合格考实践表明,这项考试在实现其基本功能的同时,也展现出了政策设计与实践创新的张力,其价值已超出预先设计。对高中学业水平合格性考试进行深入总结和研究,对于不断完善该项考试的制度设计具有重要意义。The high school academic qualification examination is a summative examination for high school students.The assessment content is the compulsory courses stipulated by the national high school curriculum standards,and the examination results would not only serve as the main basis for students to obtain a high school diploma,but also are the main reference for high school curriculum management and quality evaluation.The practice of the high school academic qualification examination proves that this examination has shown vitality between policy design and practical innovation.Its basic function has been realized,and its value has exceeded its intended goal.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the system design of the examination by conducting an in-depth summary and research.
