摘　　要：目的:探讨多学科协作综合干预模式对老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心理健康、并发症及满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年2-5月我院收治的200例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者为研究对象;将所选患者按照随机数表法分为对照组,观察组,每组各100例;对照组采用常规干预措施,观察组采用多学科协作综合干预措施,对比两组干预前后心理情绪以及生活质量改变,并记录两组患者的并发症发生情况以及对干预措施的满意度。结果:(1)干预前两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均较干预前下降,观察组明显低于对照组(t=14.291,11.280;P<0.001);(2)干预前两组WHO-QOL-BREF评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后两组评分均升高,观察组明显高于对照组(t=4.591,3.938,P<0.05;3.143,3.884;P<0.001);(3)观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(χ^2=5.556,P<0.05);(4)观察组满意度97.00%,明显高于对照组78.00%(χ^2=16.503,P<0.001)。结论:将多学科协作综合干预模式运用于老年糖尿病患者,有效缓解患者的负性心理,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,同时还可以提高患者对干预措施的满意度。Objective:To investigate the effects of multidisciplinary cooperation concomitance intervention on mental health,complications and satisfaction of elderly patients with typeⅡ diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 200 elderly patients with typeⅡdiabetes treated in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2017 were selected and equally divided into two groups.The control group used routine interventions,while the observation group received the multidisciplinary cooperation concomitance intervention.The psychological mood,quality of life,complications and satisfaction were recorded in both groups.Results:(1) No significant differences were found in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention,which were decreased after intervention,and were lower in the observation group than that in the control group(t=14.291,11.280;P<0.001);(2) No significant differences were found in WHO-QOL-BREF scores between the two groups before intervention,which were increased after intervention,and were higher in the observation group than that in the control group(t=4.591,3.938,3.143,3.884;P<0.001);(3)The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=5.556,P<0.05);(4) The satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^2=16.503,P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of the multidisciplinary cooperation concomitance intervention can effectively reduce the negative psychology and occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life and satisfaction for elderly patients with typeⅡdiabetes mellitus.
