摘 要:利用水热法在室温条件下合成了一种三维花状氧化锌纳米材料,并将其应用于抗坏血酸(AA)的电催化性能研究。通过滴涂法构筑了三维花状氧化锌修饰的玻碳电极(ZnO/GCE),并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其形貌进行了表征。采用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法及差示脉冲伏安法分别考察了AA在该ZnO/GCE上的电化学行为。结果显示,与裸电极相比,三维花状氧化锌纳米结构显著增大了抗坏血酸的电化学响应信号,且在8. 4~171μmol/L的浓度范围内,氧化峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,(R^2=0. 9987),检出限为0. 67μmol/L(S/N=3)。将该传感器用于维生素C样品中AA含量分析,展现出理想的效果。A flower-like ZnO nanomaterial was synthesized through a facile aqueous solution route at room temperature,which was applied to construct an electrochemical for Ascorbic Acid (AA).SEM was utilized to characterize the surface morphology of the modified electrode which was constructed by dropping flower-like ZnO nanomaterial on the surface.Here,we demonstrate electrocatalytic oxidation of AA on the flower-like ZnO nanostructures by cyclic voltammetry,liner sweep voltammetry and differential pulse vohammetry respectively.The results showed that the flower-like ZnO modified electrode had shown favourable improvement in peak current compared to bare glassy carbon electrode.The oxidation currents of AA were found to be linearly related to concentration over the range from 8.4 to 171μmol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9987 and the detection limits was calculated to be 0.67μmol/L (S/N =3 ).The flower-like ZnO modified electrode showed a satisfactory result in quantitative determination of AA in the real sample of Vc.
