基于数据挖掘的肾阴虚型消渴病方剂用药规律分析

摘　　要：应用系统平台收集、整理、录入《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗肾阴虚型消渴病的方剂,利用Apriori算法对筛选出的88首方剂进行中药频次、组方规律、性味归经、药量等方面的用药规律分析。结果使用频次在9以上的中药有21种;得到23个常用药对(支持度个数≥10),17个3味中药核心组合(支持度个数≥8),28个4味中药核心组合(支持度个数≥4);中药的关联规则分析反映了中医对肾阴虚型消渴病注重气阴双补,多脏同治的治疗理念;药性频次居前4位的是平、温、微寒和寒;药味频次居前4位的是甘、苦、辛、酸;中药归经频次位于前5位的经络分别是肾、肺、肝、心、脾、胃;4味中药核心组合中,以茯苓、甘草、人参、麦冬组合的频次最高,其中人参用量比例最大,进一步体现了培土生金、气阴双补的治则。通过用药规律的分析,为中医治疗肾阴虚型消渴病提供一定的参考。The prescriptions for kidney yin deficiency diabetes treatment that recorded in the Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescriptions were input into the system platform.The Apriori algorithm was employed to analyze regularity of the medication frequency,prescription rule,flavor,and meridian tropis,dosage,etc.of the 88 prescriptions filtered out.Twenty-one medicines were found with frequency of usage not less than 9;twenty-three commonly used herbal medicine pairs were found with support degree≥10;seventeen core combinations of triple medicines were found with support degree ≥8;and 28 core combinations of tetrad medicines had the support degree ≥4.The analysis of TCM association rules reflects the concept of reinforcing the earth to generate metal(Peitu Shengjin) plus tonifying both qi and yin,embodies multi-Zang common treatment principle for kidney yin deficiency diabetes.The top four TCM properties are flat,warm,slightly cold and cold.The top four flavors are sweet,bitter,spicy,and sour.The top five meridian tropis are kidney,lung,liver,heart,spleen and stomach.The highest frequency usage among four-medicines are Poria,Liquorice,Ginseng and Ophiopogonis radix,and Ginseng accounts for the largest proportion,which reflecting the treatment of Peitu Shengjin,tonifying qi and yin.The data obtained by our research could provide some valuable reference for clinical treatment of kidney yin deficiency diabetes.
