摘　　要：油漆饰面家具中有毒有害物质所引发的健康安全问题屡见不鲜,尤其是油漆饰面家具在制造过程中产生的粉尘、噪声、有机挥发物等因素一定程度上危害职工的健康。分析了油漆类家具在生产过程中产生有毒有害物质的现状,为职工生产制造家具提供风险把关和预警,维护自身健康安全,并给出了对应的建议。There have been health and safety issues caused by the toxic and harmful substances in painting furniture. In particular, dust, noise, organic volatiles and other factors are harmful to health and safety of employees in the manufacturing process of painting furniture in a certain extent. Through this study, present situation of toxic and harmful substances in the furniture manufacturing process was analyzed, so as to provide risk control and early warning for employees to maintain their own health and safety.
