通腑化瘀法在轻症急性胰腺炎治疗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通腑化瘀法在轻症急性胰腺炎患者治疗中的效果。方法:选取深圳市第二人民医院2004年7月至2013年9月收治的轻症急性胰腺炎患者109例为研究对象,随机分为观察组55例与对照组54例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用通腑化瘀法治疗;比较两组治疗前后腹痛、排便情况、血淀粉酶水平及总有效率。结果:观察组患者总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组85.19%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者腹痛症状缓解时间、首次自主排便时间、平均住院时间均明显短于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组在治疗第1、3、5、7天的血淀粉酶恢复正常患者明显多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:通腑化瘀法联合西医常规治疗对轻症急性胰腺炎的疗效确切,能有效缩短腹痛症状及首次自主排便时间、平均住院时间,值得临床应用。Objective To observe clinical effects of the Tongfu Huayu decoction on mild acute pancreatitis. Method 112 mild acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(55 cases) and the control group(54 cases), two groups were given conventional treatment, while the treatment group received additional Tongfu Huayu method on the basis of the conventional treatment.Among one course of 7 days, the following items were compared between two groups: the time of the abdominal pain、fi rst defecation time、blood amylase recovery situation and total clinical effi cacy. Results After treatment, the total clinical effi cacy was signifi cantly higher in the treatment group(96.36 %) compared with control group(85.19 %)(P < 0.05);the time of the abdominal pain、fi rst defecation time、hospitalization days were signifi cantly reduce in the treatment group than those of in the control group(P < 0.05);the numbers of patients in the treatment group whose level of blood amylase recovered were more than that of in the control group(P < 0.05)in the 1d、3d、5d、7d. Conclusion The Tongfu Huayu decoction combined with conventional treatment on mild acute pancreatitis could improve clinical symptoms and level of blood amylase with confi rmed clinical effi cacy, and is worthy of clinical application.
