摘　　要：目的:探究治疗牙齿敏感症的有效方法。方法:选取郑州人民医院口腔科2016年3月至2016年12月收治的牙本质过敏患者59例,共119颗患牙,将患牙用随机数字表法分成两组,分别采用38%氟化氨银溶液(A组),Ms coat脱敏剂(B组)进行治疗,对有效率进行统计学处理。结果:A组有效率53.3%与B组的91.5%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:Ms coat脱敏剂治疗牙齿敏感症有较好疗效,建议临床可以应用。Objective To detect effective method for treating tooth hypersensitivity. Methods From March 2016 to December 2016 in Zhengzhou people’s hospital, 119 teeth suffered from tooth hypersensitivity from 59 patients with a random number table divided into two groups, used two kinds of drugs 38 % ammonium fl uoride solution of silver(a group), the Ms the coat desensitizers(b group) for treatment of effi ciency for statistical analysis. Results The effective rate was 53.3% in group a and 91.5% in group b, the difference was statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ms coat desensitizer treatment of tooth hypersensitivity has a good effect, it is recommended that clinical can be widely used.
