摘　　要：报告1例因巨大下唇鳞状细胞癌切除术后导致的下唇缺损病例,应用上唇动脉逆行血供的扇形邻位旋转组织瓣和Bernard-Webster颊部推进组织瓣,即刻修复缺损,术后半年行口角开大修整术。结合相关文献进行探讨,比较各种下颌缺损修复方法的优缺点。A patient underwent total lower lip defect reconstructions after squamous cell carcinoma resection was reported. Local rotation advancement flap and Bernard-Webster flap were used to reconstruct the defect and anaplasty was performed half a year later. Based on relative literature review, the indication of different surgical techniques were compared.
