摘 要:深贫民族乡村是脱贫攻坚战略落实的重点与难点,职业教育作为智力帮扶的重要手段其有助于脱贫与防止永久性贫困问题的发生。调查发现,深贫民族乡村职业培训扶贫存在参与主体对职教扶贫的价值认识不够统一,职业教育技术核心的专业性偏弱,管理的科学性缺乏与专业性不强,获得的智力支持不够与自主探究效果欠佳等问题。基于问题解决的视角,深贫地区民族乡村的职业培训扶贫迫切需要下移工作重心,"扶志"与"扶智"深度融合,提升职业培训扶贫的专业性与提供精准的智力支持。The problem of poverty in the poor Minority Countryside is the key and difficulty to carry out the Strategy of overcoming Poverty. As an important means of intellectual support, vocational education can help to alleviate or even prevent the occurrence of permanent poverty in areas with deep poverty. The study found that the problems of vocational training poverty alleviation in deep poor ethnic villages include that the participants’ value understanding of vocational education poverty alleviation is inconformity, the speciality of vocational education technical core is weak, lack of scientific and professional management, insufficient intellectual support and Poor self-inquiry effect. Based on a problem-solving perspective, vocational education poverty alleviation in deep poor ethnic areas are needed to shift downward the focus of work, integrate spirit education with knowledge education deeply, enhance the professionalism of vocational training for poverty alleviation,and provide accurate intellectual support.
