阿莫西林与莫西沙星治疗幽门螺杆菌胃病的有效性及药理作用分析

摘　　要：目的评价阿莫西林与莫西沙星治疗幽门螺杆菌胃病的有效性,分析其药理作用。方法选取我院2016年1月～2017年12月期间收治的幽门螺杆菌胃病患者128例,根据随机双盲法分为A组与B组各64例,分别采取莫西沙星、阿莫西林治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、HP根除率及药物不良反应。结果A组总有效率96.88%高于B组总有效率79.69%,幽门螺杆菌根除率89.06%高于B组幽门螺杆菌根除率64.06%,治疗后胃痛症状评分低于对照组,不良反应发生率3.13%低于B组不良反应发生率14.06%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与阿莫西林相比,莫西沙星治疗幽门螺杆菌胃病更为有效,HP根除率高,临床价值高,值得临床进一步推广并使用。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of amoxicillin and moxifloxacin in the treatment of helicobacter pylori gastric diseases to analyze its pharmacological action. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with helicobacter pylori gastric diseases who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December2017 were selected.According to the randomized double-blind method,they were divided into group A and group B,with 64 cases in each group.Group A was treated with moxifloxacin while group B was treated with amoxicillin.The curative effect,HP eradication rate and adverse reactions of drugs of patients in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group A was 96.88%,higher than that of group B 79.69%.The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in group A was 89.06%,higher than that of group B 64.06%.The symptom score of stomachache after treatment of group A was lower than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 3.13%,lower than that of group B 14.06%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with amoxicillin,moxifloxacin is more effective in the treatment of helicobacter pylori stomach disease.HP has a high eradication rate and high clinical value.It is worthy of further promotion and use in clinical practice.
