胃溃疡伴上消化道出血患者应用奥美拉唑联合血凝酶治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨奥美拉唑联合血凝酶对胃溃疡伴上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年6月于本院接受奥美拉唑联合血凝酶治疗的95例胃溃疡伴上消化道出血患者为观察组。选取2016年1月～2017年6月于本院接受奥美拉唑单独治疗的95例胃溃疡伴上消化道出血患者为对照组。比较两组患者止血时间、输血量、治疗前后血红细胞(Hb)水平、两组患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果干预后,观察组止血时间短于对照组且输血量要低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前Hb情况差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组Hb改善情况明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗有效率要显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),不良反应方面则低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合血凝酶对胃溃疡伴上消化道出血治疗效果确切,安全性高,值得进一步推广和发展。Objective To explore the curative effect of omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-five patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were treated by omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group.95 patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were treated by omeprazole in our hospital from January2016 to June 2017 were selected as the control group.The hemostasis time,blood transfusion volume,blood erythrocyte(Hb) level before and after treatment,curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results After the intervention,the hemostasis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group and the blood transfusion volume was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Hb status between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the improvement of Hb in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in treatment of gastric ulcer accompanied by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has accurate curative effects.It has high safety,which is worthy of further promotion and development.
