山东区域不同产地北虫草中虫草多糖含量的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:研究和比较山东区域不同产地北虫草中虫草多糖的含量。方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸显色法,分别测定不同产地北虫草中虫草多糖的含量,考察北虫草中虫草多糖的含量测定方法学及其稳定性、精密度、重复性及加样回收率的差异。结果:北虫草中虫草多糖的含量线性关系、稳定性、精密度、重复性及加样回收率测定结果均符合要求,不同产地北虫草中多糖含量是在51.30~184.05 mg/g范围内。结论:山东区域内不同产地的北虫草中多糖含量有一定差异,在检测样品中,德州地区北虫草中虫草多糖含量为最高。Objective:To study and to compare the content of polysaccharides in Cordyceps Militaris from differ-ent regions in Shandong area. Methods:The content of polysaccharides in Cordyceps Militaris from different regionswas determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry. The differences of the content determination method on linearity,stability, precision, repeatability and recovery rate were examinal. Results:The linearity, stability, precision, repeatabili-ty and recovery rate of the established method all reached the standards. The polysaccharide content of Cordyceps sinen-sis in different areas was between the range of 51.30 and 184.05 mg/g. Conclusion:The polysaccharide content ofCordyceps sinensis from different producing areas in Shandong has some differences. Among the tested samples, thepolysaccharide content of Cordyceps sinensis in Dezhou is the highest.
