血塞通辅助治疗非胆源性轻度急性胰腺炎的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨生长抑素联合血塞通治疗非胆源性轻度急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月一2018年7月沈阳急救中心收治的轻度非胆源性胰腺炎患者55例,根据治疗药物的不同分为观察组27例和对照组28例。观察组给予生长抑素联合血塞通治疗,对照组只给予生长抑素治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗1周后,观察组总有效率为92.59%,对照组为89.29%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=o.002,P>0.05)。治疗1周后两组各项实验室检查指标、急性生理与慢性健康评分Ⅱ均较治疗前有所改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未出现严重并发症。结论生长抑素联合血塞通治疗轻度非胆源性胰腺炎能够提高治疗效果,且不会增加不良反应发生率,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of somatostatin combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of mild non-biliary mild acute pancreatitis.Methods Fifty-five patients with mild non-biliary pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to July 2018 were divided into observation group(27 cases)and control group(28 cases)according to the different therapeutic drugs.The observation group was given somatostatin combined with Xuesaitong,and the control group was given single somatostatin.The clinical effect was compared between two groups.Results After One week treatment,the total effective rate was 92.59%in the observation group and 89.29%in the control group(χ2=0.002,P>0.05).All the laboratory indexes and APACHE II scores after one week treatment were significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).No serious complications occurred in the two groups,vement index were significantly higher than normal acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with Xuesaitong is safe and effective in the treatment of mild non-biliary pancreatitis,and is worth popularizing.
