摘  要:目的测定红花籽粕不同极性提取物的抗氧化活性。方法利用不同极性的溶剂提取并萃取出红花籽粕的24个萃取物,并采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)法和对硝基酚邻酸盐(PNPP)法对抗氧化能力进行测定。结果 95%乙醇提取物氯仿萃取物提取率最高。不同极性提取物对DPPH和ABTS自由基均有一定的清除作用,对蛋白酪氨酸磷酸1B酶(PTP1B)活性有抑制作用。结论红花籽粕具有较好的抗氧化能力,具有开发利用的价值。[Objective] To determine the antioxidant activities of different polarities parts extract from the Safflower meal.[Methods] 24 extracts of Safflower meal were obtained in different fractions by using different polarities of solvents. The antioxidant effect on each substance was detected by the method of DPPH,ABTS and PNPP. [Results] 95% ethyl alcohol of trichloromethane fraction has the highest rating. The extracts from the Safflower meal had strong radical scavenging activity towards DPPH radical and ABTS radical, and had inhibitory effect on protein tyrosine phosphatase 1 B(PTP1 B)activity.[Conclusion] The extracts in different parts of Safflower meal have antioxidant activity, which provides references for development and utilization of Safflower meal.
