摘 要:临床上使用的含磷药物结构丰富、活性各异,但目前极少有文献针对含磷药物的结构特征和由于含磷基团的引入而对临床应用特点产生影响进行综述的,这无疑给进一步探索具有潜在生物活性的含磷化合物的设计和合成带来诸多不便。针对该情况,将临床中使用的含磷药物按照其结构特点进行分类,阐述含磷基团的引入对药物活性的影响,为含磷新药物的研发提供思路。Phosphorus-containing drugs have various structures and show diverse clinical activities. Only few literatures had ever reviewed the structural features and the corresponding characteristics of clinical activities.This undoubtely makes inconvenience in the design and synthesis of phosphorus-containing compounds with potential biological acitivities.Phosphorus-containing drugs according to their characteristics of structures were categorized.The effect of the introduction of phosphorus-containing groups on the drug activity was discussed,hoping to provide solutions for the design of new phosphorus-containing drugs.
