摘　　要：对直接进样技术进行概括总结,着重对悬浮液直接进样技术、浸出液直接进样技术及固体直接进样技术的研究进展,技术难点以及在谷物中重金属检测中的实际应用情况等展开了具体的介绍与讨论,同时对其应用前景进行展望。The mainly direct sampling techniques were summarized,including the suspension direct injection,the extracted solution direct injection and the solid direct injection.The research progress,technical difficulties,and the actual application of the direct injection techniques in detection of heavy metals in grain were specifically discussed.Meanwhile,the application of direct injection techniques was prospected.
