摘 要:将聚丙二醇(PPG)作为增韧剂加入环氧树脂中,并以改性芳胺为固化剂制得环氧复合材料。通过粘度和拉伸性能测试,红外光谱以及扫描电镜分析等研究了PPG用量对环氧树脂及其复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:PPG的加入显著提高了环氧复合材料的韧性,PPG添加质量分数为25%时,复合材料的断裂伸长率达到峰值71.96%。随着PPG用量的增加,复合材料的粘度以及固化体积收缩率有了明显降低。The polypropylene glycol(PPG)was added as a toughening agent to the epoxy resin,and the epoxy composite was prepared by using the modified aromatic amine as a curing agent. The effects of PPG dosage on the properties of epoxy resin and its composites were investigated by viscosity and tensile property tests,infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the toughness of the epoxy composite was significantly improved by the addition of PPG. When the mass fraction of PPG was 25%,the elongation at break of the composite reached a peak value of 71.96%. With the increasing of PPG amount,the viscosity of the composite and the shrinkage rate of the solidification volume were significantly decreased.
