摘 要:目的探讨神经内科重症患者的食物不耐受的饮食护理。方法收集2015年1月至2017年12月雅安市人民医院神经内科重症患者中具有食物不耐受者200例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组100例。2组患者均给予常规对症治疗,试验组根据食物不耐受结果给予针对性饮食护理。观察2组患者治疗效果、生存质量、神经功能评分及不良反应发生率。结果试验组治疗后有效率、日常生活能力评分和生活质量评分高于对照组,并发症发生率和神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.5)。结论神经内科重症患者的食物不耐受给予针对性饮食护理可有效改善患者预后结局,促进患者的康复。Objective To explore the diet nursing of food intolerance in severe patients in neurology department. Methods A total of 200 cases of food intolerance among the critically ill patients in the department of neurology, Ya’an People’s Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were collected. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. Then 2 groups of patients were given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the patients in experimental group were given targeted diet nursing according to the results of food intolerance. The therapeutic effect, quality of life, neurological function score and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in 2 groups. Results The effective rate, daily living ability score and quality of life score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the complication rate and neurological deficit score were lower than the control group(P<0.5). Conclusion Giving targeted diet nursing for neurology department patients with severe food intolerance can effectively improve the outcome of prognosis and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
