摘 要:新医学教育改革政策倡导人才培养与职业需求要紧密衔接。本文在系统回顾文献及各相关文件的基础上,比较了我国护理硕士专业学位研究生培养、新入职护士培训和专科护士培训的共同点与差异,并对三者的有机结合进行了耦合性分析(耦合逻辑、条件及效应),以期为护理硕士专业学位研究生培养与新入职护士、专科护士培训的衔接提供参考。The new medical education reform strongly advocates the corporation of nursing talents cultivation and professional qualifications needs.Based on the review of relevant literature and policy,we compared the commonalities and differences among the cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialist,the new nurses' standardized training and the nursing specialist training.Then,a correlational and coupling analysis (coupling logic,coupling conditions and coupling effects)of the three viable were conducted.We intended to provide a reference for the joint program among the cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialist,the new nurses'standardized training and nursing specialist training.
