不同手术入路治疗对腮腺肿瘤并发症发生率及外观满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨腮腺肿瘤患者采取不同的手术入路治疗对相关并发症及外观满意度的影响。方法:将106例经影像检查确诊为腮腺肿瘤的患者随机分成观察组(53例)与对照组(53例),对照组采取传统S形切口进行手术入路治疗,观察组则行改良手术入路治疗,观察两组患者临床指标、术后并发症及外观满意度情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均短/低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后相关并发症发生率为3.78%,明显低于对照组15.10%(P<0.05);观察组随访6个月患者外观总满意率为94.34%,明显高于对照组81.13%(P<0.05)。结论:腮腺肿瘤患者采取改良的手术入路方式可以降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者外观满意度。Objective:To explore the effects of different surgical approaches on the patients with parotid gland tumors and their associated complications and appearance satisfaction.Methods:106 cases of the imaging diagnosis of parotid gland tumor patients randomly divided into observation group(53 cases) and control group(53 cases) and control group adopted the traditional S-shaped incision for surgical treatment,observation group was improved surgical approach to treat.The clinical indicators,postoperative complications,and satisfaction of appearance were observed in the two groups of patients.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter/lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative related complications in the observation group was 3.78%,significantly lower than 15.10% in the control group(P<0.05).After six month follow-up,the overall satisfaction rate of patients’ appearance was 94.34% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 81.13% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with clinical diagnosis of parotid gland tumor,the improved surgical approach can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the patients’ appearance satisfaction.
