摘　　要：本文研究目的在于优化实木家具包装设计,降低包装成本。我国家具行业发展迅速,还没有完整的包装设计体系,存在包装过度浪费或产品损坏等现象,文本通过研究实木家具的特点,进而对实木家具产品的包装设计原则做出简单归纳,并列举了三种常用的包装材料及其包装设计,最后根据产品或零部件的材料、尺寸和造型等特性进行全面分析,设计不用的包装方案,对实木家具的运输包装具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。结论表明包装设计的标准化必将是未来家具发展的趋势之一,通过使用合适的包装材料和缓冲物,确保产品在运输过程中的完整性并降低成本,让我国实木家具企业的包装水平达到一个更高的层次。The purpose of this study was to optimize the packing design of the solid wood furniture and reduce the packaging cost. Furniture industry has developed rapidly in our country, but there is no complete system of packaging design, phenomena such as excessive packaging waste or product damage emerges. By studying the characteristics of solid wood furniture, the design principles of solid wood furniture products packaging is simply generalized and three kinds of commonly used packaging materials and packaging design is listed. According to the size and shape features such as the material of product or components, a comprehensive analysis is conducted and different packaging schemes are designed, which provides references for the transport packaging of solid wood furniture. The conclusion shows that the standardization of packaging design is bound to be one of the trends of furniture development in the future. By using appropriate packaging materials and buffering materials, the integrity of products in the transportation process can be ensured and the cost can be reduced to make solid wood furniture in China.
