可吸收止血膜预防108例下颌智齿阻生牙拔除术后并发干槽症临床观察

摘　　要：[背景]观察可吸收止血膜预防下颌智齿阻生牙拔除术后并发干槽症的疗效.[病例报告]选择2016年10月—2017年9月间行下颌智齿阻生牙拔除术的患者216例,随机分为A,B组,每组各为108例.A组在行下颌智齿阻生牙拔除术后给予可吸收止血膜治疗,B组给予常规止血治疗,拔牙创口处未放置任何物质.比较2组术后并发干槽症的发生率.A组并发干槽症3例(2.7%),B组并发12例(11.1%),相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[讨论]可吸收止血膜可降低下颌智齿阻生牙拔除术后干槽症的发生率.BACKGROUND To observe the curative effects of absorbable hemostatic membrane on preventing dry socket after extraction of impacted mandibular third molar.CASE REPORTS A total of 216 patients undergoing extraction of impacted mandibular third molar were selected from October 2016 to September 2017,they were randomly divided into group A and B,108 cases in each group.After the tooth extraction,the patients in group A were treated with absorbable hemostatic membrane,while the patients in group B received conventional hemostatic therapy,no substance was placed at the tooth extraction wound.The incidence of postoperative dry socket was compared between the two groups.3 patients in group A were complicated with dry socket(2.7%),while 12 patients in group B(11.1%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).DISCUSSION The absorbable hemostatic membrane could effectively reduce the incidence of dry socket after extraction of impacted mandibular third molar.
