山良菪碱和奥美拉唑及阿托品治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨山良菪碱和奥美拉唑及阿托品治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取淮安市淮安医院2015年8月—2017年12月收治的急性胃炎患者100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予山良菪碱联合奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿托品治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后细胞免疫指标(CD3+细胞分数、CD4+细胞分数及CDS+细胞分数),并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者CD3+细胞分数、CD4+细胞分数及CDS+细胞分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者CD3+细胞分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组患者CD4+细胞分数高于对照组,CDS+细胞分数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论山良菪碱和奥美拉唑及阿托品治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,提升机体免疫力,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anisodamine and omeprazole combined with atropine in the treatment of acute gastritis.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with acute gastritiswere were selected from August 2015 to December 2017 in Huaian Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and research group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with anisodamine and omeprazole,while the observation group were treated with atropine on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,cellular immune indexes(CD3+ cell fraction,CD4+ cell fraction and CDS+ cell fraction) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment were observed.Results The observation group of total effective rate was higher than control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences of CD3+ cell fraction,CD4+ cell fraction or CDS+ cell fraction between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference of CD3+ between the two groups(P>0.05),the observation group of CD4+ cell fraction was higher than control group,CDS+ cell fraction was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anisodamine and omeprazole combined with atropine have an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of acute gastritis,which can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and with high safety.
