摘 要:以济宁南四湖和池塘为试验点,随机选择几组同龄的鲢鱼,分别进行体重与体长的测定、肥满度的计算及鱼肉采集的预处理,按照GB 5009.3—2016、GB 5009.4—2016、GB 5009.5—2016、GB 5009.6—2016测定鱼肉中水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的含量,通过数据统计和方差分析,达到合理评估鱼类资源的差异化的目的。研究结果表明,池塘鲢鱼。的肥满度高于南四湖中同种鱼类的肥满度,差异显著;南四湖鲢鱼的水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白含量占鲜重的百分比优于池塘组,但其粗脂肪含量占鲜重的百分比低于池塘组,水分含量间的差异极显著,粗灰分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪之间的差异不显著。分析可知,两种不同养殖方式对同种鱼类的生长存在差异,对渔业资源的保护和增殖具有指导意义。The length and weight of fish captured from the Nansihu lake and the ponds were measured and the content of moisture,crude ash,crude protein and crude fat were deteeted, respectively.The results indicated that the relative fatness of fish from the ponds was significantly higher than that of those from the Nansihu lake;the percentage of moisture,crude ash and crude protein of fresh weight in the fish from Nansihu lake were higher than that of pond fish,while the percentage of crude fat of the lake fish was lower that the pond fish.The results proved that growth of the fish cultivated in the two water bodies was apparently different.
