摘　　要：接续上篇,本文是对虞翻易学之乾卦《文言传》的集义考辨,文中除虞翻《易》注外,主要辑录张惠言、李道平、纪磊、曾钊、徐昂、李证刚等人对虞氏易的注解,在此基础上,笔者特别参考马王堆帛书《易传》之说,对虞氏易学及清代民国诸家之注解进行了辨析,对虞氏易学整体之得失进行了探讨。Following Part Ⅰ of the paper,this part makes textual research on Yu Fan’s(164-233)annotation to the Wenyan zhuanFollowing Part Ⅰ of the paper,this part makes textual research on Yu Fan’s(164-233)annotation to the Wenyan zhuan(Commentary on the Words of the Text)regarding hexagram Qian[■,The Creative,1]and affiliated with Zhang Huiyan’s(1761-1802),Li Daoping’s(1788-1844),Ji Lei’s,Zeng Zhao’s(1793-1854),Xu Ang’s(1877-1953),and Li Zhenggang’s(1881-1952)interpretations,on the basis of which this paper makes reference to the Mawangdui silk version of Yi zhuan and generally discusses both merits and defects of Yu Fan’s scholarship on the Changes.
