摘 要:为了研究锁环式同步器同步过程摩擦锥面的摩擦特性,对其同步过程进行试验研究。以同步器同步过程为理论基础,搭建了同步器摩擦磨损试验平台,在不同载荷和换挡转速差下进行摩擦试验,研究了同步器同步过程摩擦锥面摩擦特性的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着同步过程的不断进行,摩擦副的摩擦系数先降低后逐渐趋于稳定;载荷与同步器两端的转速差对同步器摩擦副的摩擦系数影响较小,温度是主要影响因素;给定工况下,温度升高7℃时,摩擦副的摩擦系数减少0.006。分析同步器摩擦锥面摩擦系数的变化规律,为建立同步器同步过程摩擦系数补偿控制策略进而提升换挡品质奠定了基础。In order to study the friction eharacteristics of friction cone during the synchronous process,the synchronous process was experimentally studied.Based on the regularities of synchronizer's synchronous shift phase,a friction and wear test bench was built,and the friction characteristics of synchronizer's friction cone were studied under different load and shift speed difference.The results show that,as the synchronous process continues,the friction coefficient of synchronizer friction pair decreases first and then gradually becomes stable;The speed difference and the load have.little effect on the friction coefficient of the synchronizer friction pair,and the temperature is the main factor. As the temperature increases by 7℃,the friction coefficient of friction pair decreases by 0.006 under given condition. The friction coefficient ch.anging regularities of friction cone were analyzed,which lays a good theoretical basis for establishing an effective friction coefficient compensation control strategy during the synchronousshift phase.
