摘  要:针对现有制动试验台无法真实反映汽车在路面行驶制动过程的局限性,设计了1个用于模拟汽车轮胎与地面接触并产生和测试制动过程的制动试验台,该试验台能够模拟汽车惯量、汽车对地面的压力以及路况,可以针对不同的盘式制动器、轮胎以及地面材质开展制动试验。试验台采用PLC作为下位机,以LabVIEW为上位机软件开发平台设计了测控系统,通过各传感器获取相关制动参数。整个装置操作简单、功能拓展性强、安全稳定性较高,较好地实现了试验台的实时监测与自动化控制功能。Aiming at the limitation that the current automobile braking test bench can not truly reflect the braking process,a braking test bench for simulating the contact between a tire and ground and generating a braking process is designed.The test bench can simulate the automobile inertia,pressure on the ground and road conditions,braking tests can be performed on different disc brakes,tires,and floor materials.The test bed adopts PLC as thelower computer, and LabVIEW is used as the upper computer software development platform to design the measurement and control system.The relevant braking parameters are obtained through each sensor.The whole device has simple operation, strong function expandability,high safety and stability,and it can achieve real-time monitoring and automatic control of the test bench.
